The A.R. Martin Company understands that reading an appraisal is only slightly more exciting than watching paint dry. We know that for many the only part of the appraisal cared about is where the value is stated. But, as the saying goes, "the devil is in the details".
The A.R. Martin Company works to provide appraisal reports that are well supported by market data and the conclusions of the report are logical and credible; all while completing appraisals in a timely manner.
The president and owner, Tony Martin, MAI, has significant experience in litigation appraisal work which has required him to produce appraisals that stand up to rigorous questioning in depositions and cross examinations during jury trials. But, no matter the intended use of the appraisal, whether for financing, purchase or any reason, the A.R. Martin Company strives to make every valuation well supported, logical and credible.
Anthony R. (Tony) Martin, MAI
Tony has been appraising real estate for over 20 years and has experience in a wide range of appraisal assignments. From appraisals of industrial, office, subdivision development, restaurant, multi-family, etc., to the odd assignment like the valuation of marshland or railroad corridor. He is married with three children and will talk snow skiing or college football with you anytime.
